Leap is non-custodial. It means that you are truly the owner and you hold your own assets. But this also comes with a bit of responsibility. You and you alone are responsible for safekeeping your wallet.

Making sure your secret recovery phrase & private keys remain private is your responsibility. It is the only way to access & gain control over your wallet. Note it down in the correct order and store it as safely as you can.

If, in any case, you lose your wallet's seed phrase, there's no way of recovering access to the wallet. We do not have access to your seed phrase, ever, and cannot retrieve your wallets.
